Glen Forrester founded Forrester & Company in 2007, after practicing with noted commercial litigators in Toronto and Vancouver for a number of years. He has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, including creditor’s remedies, property disputes, contract disputes, civil fraud, shareholder’s disputes and business related torts. Many of Glen’s cases involve injunctions, including applying for, obtaining and enforcing numerous Mareva orders, and other remedies related to seizure and preservation of assets. He also represents several land development groups, and as a result has considerable expertise in commercial and residential real estate litigation.
Glen regularly attends at the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia, and has appeared at international commercial arbitrations and administrative tribunals.
